I'm not sure how to use this blogger to blog on the blogging net, but here goes... Just what in the hell is all that noise I hear up in my head? A sound from 40 years ago still heard? Am I just a walking tape recorder. picking up sounds and recording them for future interruptions? Being at complete calm, and peace of mind is gained by one heart beat at a time, would I  hear the sound of silence in the background?

I been so frazzled and am tired of feeling that way.....I've got to get my perspective back on people, places and things!

What a day! I'd like to drift right off into space  about now...
